Assessment
Students will be issued with a unit descriptor, performance criteria and an assessment matrix for each unit of competency. These will state the manner in which the assessment will be carried out. To successfully complete each unit, students are required to attain the competencies defined in the elements and performance criteria.
All assessments are to be submitted to the teacher on, or before, the due date. It is the students responsibility to confirm that the teacher has received their assessment. Extensions are to be applied for on an Application for a Variation to Assessment Date [PDF 33kb] [Word 84kb] before the due date for submission of the assessment. A copy of the approved form along with an assessment cover sheet [PDF 53kb] [Word 109kb] must accompany the assessment when it is submitted.
