Bundaberg

Photo of Bundaberg CollegeThe Bundaberg College's main campus at Walker Street houses many facilities including trade workshops, modern classrooms, a hairdressing training facility, retail training facilities, a comprehensive library, a flexible learning centre, internet access and a self-funding child care centre used as a training facility for students. The Bundaberg College enrols over 4,000 students per year.

Bundaberg has a population of approximately 70 000 people. Bundaberg is the centre of the greater region which includes the Southern Great Barrier Reef and the Coral Isles: Lady Elliot and Lady Musgrave Islands. Turtles nest on the beaches in the summertime and Whales frolic off shore during winter. The Coral Coast boasts absolutely beautiful oceanfront accommodation, an interesting coastline which includes excellent dive and snorkelling sites, long sandy beaches and rocky points.
