How to enrol

Choose your course

Fact sheets are available via our course search, or from Customer Care. Please read the fact sheets and Pre-enrolment information (PDF, 663 KB) carefully, and contact us on 1300 656 188 should you need any additional details or assistance with your enrolment.

Direct enrolment

Many courses are now available for Direct Enrolment. You must meet all of the entry requirements and pay the enrolment fees to secure your place.

Applications and enrolment interviews

For some courses you must complete an Application Form, or have an enrolment interview with the teacher to be considered for entry. If you are accepted into the course, you must pay the fees to enrol and secure your place in the course. If you think you may be eligible for Recognition of prior learning (RPL), please request an RPL interview prior to enrolling.

Enrolling online

You will need a current email address, your Web Enrolment form and payment to enrol online. If you have a Centrelink concession, please be aware that Centrelink online validation (online check that your concession is current and valid) is not available on Sundays.

Web enrolment forms

If your chosen course is available for Direct Enrolment, you can access the PDF Web Enrolment forms via our course search, or request copies from Customer Care. Web Enrolment forms for Application and Interview courses will be provided by the interviewing teacher when you are offered a place.

In person - With a payment of cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS at the appropriate campus:

By telephone - enrolments will be taken with payment by major credit cards by telephoning 1300 656 188.

Once you have paid and your enrolment has been processed, you will be issued with a confirmation of enrolment, a receipt and any further information you may require.

By mail

Send us your completed student details form, enrolment form, any concession details, along with cheque or credit card to:

Refunds

Please read Wide Bay TAFE's Refund Policy (PDF, 85 KB). Please note that you are unlikely to be eligable for any refund after the course/unit has commenced. To apply for a refund you will need to complete a Refund request (PDF, 110 KB) and include evidence supporting your refund application
