Luggage regulations.
The Bus company only allows 2 pieces of luggage not to exceed 20kg and one small piece of hand luggage. Two more pieces of luggage at 20kg will be accepted but attract a charge of $11 each.

There has been confusion in the past when students meet the regulations of the air companies but then have to re-pack some of their luggage at the transit centre before they can board the coach.
