Security and Risk Management
As a result of the unique opportunity presented by the new Asset Security and Business Services training packages, WideBay TAFE is able to offer innovative new programs. The dual qualifications match core competencies from both training packages with selected elective competencies to produce customised programs that are contemporary and cost effective. Successful participants of this dual program will exit with a qualification in Security/Risk Management and one in Frontline Management.
Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management plus Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management)
Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management is designed to develop competence in risk assessment and risk management methodologies. Whilst the primary focus is security related risk, the process, skills and knowledge acquired are readily transferable to all business activities. Industry has redesigned this program aligning it very closely with the Frontline Management discipline.
Frontline Management has been designed to assist enterprises raise the performance of their Frontline Managers. It supports development across a range of management competencies in the workplace.
